Scowtt Raises $12M to Transform Ad Optimization with AI-Driven CRM Insights

Scowtt, the AI-powered ad optimization startup, has secured $12 million in Series A funding led by Inspired Capital, with participation from LiveRamp Ventures, Angeles Investors, and Angeles Ventures. Founded just last year, the company is aiming to reshape the $300 billion performance marketing industry with predictive AI models that leverage first-party CRM data.

Unlike conventional adtech platforms that rely on proxy signals and historical trends, Scowtt delivers real-time, predictive insights based on a brand’s own customer data. The result: sharper ad targeting, higher ROAS, and performance gains that were previously hard to achieve without overhauling workflows.

Early results speak volumes. LaserAway saw a 59% boost in Purchase ROAS, Advanced Hair Restoration reported a 64% gain, and a leading education advertiser drove a 38% increase in ROAS—all by integrating Scowtt’s predictive models with their CRM data.

“After nearly two decades building platforms at Meta, Google, and Microsoft, I recognized the limits of enterprise advertising today,” said Eduardo Indacochea, CEO and Founder of Scowtt. “These platforms optimize for their own network growth, not individual advertiser success. Scowtt bridges that gap, using AI to unlock first-party data and deliver unprecedented ad performance.”

Scowtt’s platform works silently in the background across search, social, and media channels, offering measurable impact without disrupting existing workflows. Its vision goes beyond ad optimization: the company is developing a growth operating system that automates marketing performance and employs Agentic AI to identify and close sales.

In the post-cookie era, when lookalike targeting is losing effectiveness, Scowtt’s AI-driven approach represents a fundamental shift—moving from reactive, proxy-based optimization to proactive, CRM-informed predictions. As Lucy Deland of Inspired Capital notes, “Scowtt is the next generation of adtech, combining technical expertise with real-world advertiser insights.”
