MOCEAN Hires Emmy-Winning Creative Ryan Bucci to Lead Brand & Social Strategy Across Top Entertainment and Consumer Brands

MOCEAN, the creative agency behind some of entertainment’s most emotionally resonant campaigns, just made a major hire. Ryan Bucci, a D&AD Top 10-ranked creative director and Emmy winner, has joined as Head of Creative, Brand & Social. He’ll oversee work for clients like PlayStation, Amazon Prime Video, Waymo, Cheesecake Factory, Netflix, and Warner Bros. Discovery.

In a landscape where the line between brand marketing and entertainment continues to blur, Bucci brings the kind of creative firepower that MOCEAN is known for. With a resume that spans iconic campaigns for Jordan Brand, Beats by Dre, Jim Beam, and IKEA, his appointment signals a sharpened focus on crafting culturally rich, genre-bending content.

Bucci joins from Publicis Groupe, where he was VP, Executive Creative Director, leading a 40-person team on high-profile accounts like Campbell’s and Beam Suntory. His campaign for Jim Beam’s 2024 football season starring Keegan-Michael Key turned heads, while his work on the Emmy-winning “McEnroe vs. McEnroe” campaign set a new bar for branded storytelling.
