Azerion-Veridooh partnership brings independent verification to programmatic DOOH

London; 20 May 2026: Veridooh, the award-winning global leader in 100% independent out-of-home (OOH) verification, has been appointed as the preferred partner of Azerion, a leading full-service digital advertising partner for brands, agencies, and publishers. 

Veridooh has developed world-first patented and proprietary SmartCreativeTM technology. This enables Veridooh to independently collect OOH delivery data, without relying on media owner play logs, making it the world’s first 100% independent verification partner. Veridooh independently tracks, measures, and verifies OOH campaigns in real-time, bringing digital-level accountability to OOH advertising. 

Through its demand-side platform (DSP) Hawk, Azerion’s clients can streamline programmatic digital out-of-home (pDOOH) campaigns through a single point of contact to maximise visibility and ensure their pDOOH ads reach the right audience at the right time. Its inventory includes sites via VIOOH, Hivestack, DAX, and Broadsign.

Through this partnership, Veridooh’s independent verification technology is now available for all pDOOH buyers leveraging Azerion’s Hawk DSP across its premium pDOOH inventory network. This will enable brands to independently verify that their campaigns have delivered against campaign impression goals and targeting conditions.

Veridooh also ensures DOOH metrics are aligned with broader digital KPIs, allowing for omni-channel harmony and cross-channel attribution. Azerion clients will be able to invest with greater confidence, knowing their spend is protected by independently verified, real-time data.

The announcement comes following the release in April of Azerion’s own research into the UK DOOH landscape. Its whitepaper, ‘The State of UK DOOH: Momentum, Measurement and the Road to Maturity’, found that while 93% of planners and buyers consider DOOH important to their omnichannel strategy, 58% cite measurement and attribution uncertainty as the biggest barrier to greater investment. The findings underscore the urgency of 100% independent verification solutions that can give advertisers the confidence to invest further in the channel.
